Payments Accepted

As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance carrier if you desire, but you are responsible for the cost of all services provided if your insurance does not cover the service.  Please understand that insurance companies require a “medically necessary mental health diagnosis” in order to reimburse for counseling services.  Some examples of such a diagnosis may be Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, or Adjustment Disorder.

You may pay by cash, check, or credit/debit, as well as any Health Savings Accounts that issue a credit/debit card.

Private Pay:
If an individual does not meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis, or does not want a diagnosis to be on record with an insurance company, they may choose the private pay option.  There is a $10 discount to the private pay rate for those paying by cash.
