Most insurances accepted for individual counseling related to issues of depression, anxiety, grief, stress, and difficult transitions. Please be aware that insurances require a mental health diagnosis be given on any claims that they may reimburse.  A mental health diagnosis becomes part of your medical record, and can be used to deny health or life insurance in the future.  Marriage or Couples Counseling is by private pay only due to the unique challenges that come with this type of work. Sometimes it takes accessing every bit of the 23 years of experience I’ve had in helping couples avoid the costly trauma of divorce, and grow to overcome and thrive in their relationship!

You may pay by cash, check, or credit/debit, as well as many Health Savings Accounts.

Private Pay:
If an individual does not meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis, or does not want a diagnosis to be on record with an insurance company, they may choose the private pay option.  The below rates are for 50-55 minute sessions.
